What is included in 9bd App export

How long does it take in the 9bd
General requests are usually processed quickly; in most cases after verification it takes 23 business days to prepare the file, but for complex records it may take a little longer.

What is not included
Not all information is included in the export; for security, passwords, internal risk-related notes, and other users' personal data are kept separate.
